Offset Blows Off Stylist’s Lawsuit, Stylist to Seek Default Judgment

Offset‘s time is up to pay back a stylist for allegedly stiffing him, so the stylist is going full bore, asking a judge to order the rapper to fork over the money … sources close to the case tell TMZ.

The Migos rapper was sued in late June in Fulton County, GA by a stylist claiming he got shorted $11,699 for his work plus clothing costs.  The services were supposedly rendered in Miami back in April … when Offset was in town for Quavo‘s bday.

Offset had 45 days to file his response to the lawsuit, but the deadline has now passed. So, we’re told the stylist is going to the judge … saying it’s not his problem that Offset was asleep at the wheel.  He wants his money NOW, with a little help from hizzoner.
