While everyone was watching the VMA’s for the awards and the performances, I was watching for the celeb cameos in the audience. And let me tell you, some of our favorites were living their best lives in the crowd.
What’s up? It’s Sinead de Vries here with Clevver News and tonight at the VMA’s the fan girls were out to play.
While we are all dancing at home, some of our favorite celebs were dancing and living it up in the audience during the epic VMA performances.
And I have to say, I think the Hadid sisters might have stolen the show.
They were literally a VMA mood living their best lives with each other and basically every other celeb in the audience.
Gigi showed up to the VMA’s sans her rumored boo Tyler Cameron from the Bachelorette, but that didn’t stop her from enjoying girl’s night out.
Gigi, Bella, and Halsey were getting down during Missy Elliot’s Vangaurd Award performance.
But it didn’t end there. Bella and Gigi were also spotted dancing during Lil Nas X’s performance and Twitter is living for it.
One person wrote quote, “Bella and Gigi going up for lil nas is everything😍”
And another said quote, “UPDATE: yeah gigi and bella hadid on your tv is just what your low self esteem needed 🤩 #VMAs”
But Bella and Gigi weren’t the only fan girls in the audience.
Bebe Rexha was literally all of us when hoping Shawn and Camila would kiss.
And the Internet agrees with me.
One person tweeted quote, “Lmaaao bebe rexha is just the mood srsly”
And another pointed out that Bebe was chanting “kiss, kiss kiss!” throughout the performance.
Which obviously, they didn’t, they just touched noses and broke all of our hearts and spirits.
But it seemed like Bebe didn’t mind too much as she made friends with the queen of the night Taylor Swift.
Who was also seen fan girling during many of tonight’s performances.
And Taylor showed up with her classic awkward dance moves and I was loving it.
I can’t get enough of her realness and cuteness.
And Twitter agrees.
One person literally spoke to my soul and wrote quote, “Taylor Swift awkwardly dancing to hip hop at the #VMAs and making a surprised face is what I live for! Bitch never went away! Also, as a fellow terrible dancer I feel so represented.”
And someone else caught Taylor being adorable during Missy Elliot’s performance and wrote quote, “Accurate representation of Taylor Swift being me dancing to Taylor Swift.”
And honestly, I couldn’t agree more. I probably should get back to listening to Lover after this.
