Ellen DeGeneres Apologizes to Talk Show Staff

Ellen DeGeneres apologized to the staff of her daytime talk show in a letter on Thursday, following allegations of misconduct from current and former employees. DeGeneres also revealed what actions are being taken to improve conditions on the show moving forward. In a statement obtained by ET, Warner Bros., the studio behind Ellen’s show, says it’s committed to creating a workplace ‘based on respect and inclusion.’
