In a hand-written note posted to Twitter, the 28-year-old pop star wrote: ‘Breathing life into you for those six years was an honor. Miley continued the milestone celebration by sending flowers to past guest star Joe Jonas, and rapper Offset who, with Migos, made the song ‘Hannah Montana.’
