Friends Star James Michael Tyler Dead at 59

‘Friends’ star James Michael Tyler has died. He was 59. The actor’s death follows a three-year battle with prostate cancer. In a statement to ET, a rep for Tyler shares that he died peacefully Sunday morning at his Los Angeles home. Tyler is survived by his wife, Jennifer Carno. Tyler is best-known for his role as Gunther in more than a hundred episodes of the hit sitcom. In 2002, he told ET on the ‘Friends’ set, ‘It’s the best time of my life.’
