Brad Pitt is facing a setback in his ongoing custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. ET can confirm that the California Supreme Court denied Pitt’s request to review the California appellate court’s ruling to disqualify the private judge he and Jolie chose to oversee their custody dispute. Meanwhile, Angelina has been attending premieres for her new movie, ‘Eternals,’ with their children all over the globe.
