The NBC News family is paying tribute to colleague Richard Engel’s late son, Henry. On Thursday, the Chief Foreign Correspondent revealed on Twitter that his and his wife’s 6-year-old son, who suffered from Rett syndrome, had died. On Friday’s ‘Today’ show, Hoda Kotb, and fellow anchors Tom Llamas and Sheinelle Jones, discussed the devastating news. Hoda also shared co-anchor Savannah Guthrie’s tribute to Henry and his devoted parents, whom she called the ‘personification of what it means to be a parent.’
