The influencer, who gained fame with her now defunct “8 Passengers” Youtube channel, has been charged with 6 counts of felony child abuse. Franke and her business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, were arrested Aug. 30, after Ruby’s 12-year-old son was found by law enforcement in distress.
