Award shows can get … weird, wild and go off the rails. The people who run the award shows have to find new and creative ways to keep it interesting every year, and that makes for some pretty interesting and bizarre choices. Mix that with a bunch of rich, artistic musicians and you really never know what to expect from some of these programs.
And yet, ratings still drop year after year. But even though people might not watch the show live, they certainly love seeing the highlights that come with them.
Sometimes the moments are SUPER weird. Like, things that should happen at a renaissance fair, not a super fancy award show. And yet, there they are on your television screen year after year.
