PrettyMuch spoke exclusively with ET’s Deidre Behar about signing a new record deal with Sire Records and their new era as musicians. New music will drop in Jan. 2021! Brandon Arreaga, Edwin Honoret, Austin Porter, Nick Mara and Zion Kuwonu are focused on being fully involved in creating their music, including songwriting, producing, singing and even designing creative materials, like album artwork and visuals during live shows. The band also opens up about taking a hiatus this year to refocus their efforts and prioritize how they want their music to feel, look and sound like. They share their favorite PrettyMuch lyrics, plans to tour, their dream collaborations and how they determine who sings what part in their songs. On a personal note, the singers share what they’ve learned from the hardships in 2020 and the skills they’ve picked up during quarantine. Austin opens up about welcoming his son, Theodore Porter, in May, and what life as a dad is like. He reveals how his son is influencing his work as an entertainer and if he plans to bring Theodore on the road while PrettyMuch is touring.
