Steven Spielberg on ‘Celebrating’ Stephen Sondheim’s Gift at ‘West Side Story’ Premiere

ET’s Nischelle Turner spoke to Steven Spielberg at the premiere of ‘West Side Story,’ which is in theaters Dec. 10. The director opened up about ‘celebrating and mourning’ late Broadway great Stephen Sondheim, who died just days before the musical’s return to the big screen. Sondheim wrote the lyrics to ‘West Side Story’s iconic songbook.
