Lance Reddick‘s cause of death has been revealed as heart disease … according to the late actor’s death certificate. The document, obtained by TMZ, lists Reddick’s immediate cause of death as Ischemic Heart Disease as well as Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease.
